As a Pod Leader, you’ll be at the heart of the Minifarms mission, working directly with fresh food and local suppliers. This role not only allows you to help build a sense of community but also provides an opportunity to earn money from the comfort of your home.
As a Pod Leader, you will be an integral part of Australia’s best online farmer’s market – you will manage a local pick-up point where community members collect their fresh produce orders. You’ll receive deliveries directly from our suppliers, ensuring that the produce remains fresh and is handled with care. Your responsibilities will include organising and distributing orders, maintaining communication with your Pod members, and creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
